Vu la carrure du bonhomme, Hjalte (prononcez ‚yalté‘) a probablement plus de sang de viking dans les veines que ses compatriotes danois, et même si on l’appelle ‚The Beast‘, c’est loin d’être un barbare. C’est même plutôt une crème. Une crème épaisse, quoi.

Possible que c’était dans ce magazine danois qui s’appelle Wunderbaum, ou alors un truc dans Kingpin… Ça devait être un backside flip dans le mag danois en premier et juste après un „slept on“ dans Kingpin que Henrik Edelbo avait shooté au Danemark. C’est difficile à dire, je ne me souviens pas vraiment. C’est une question difficile !

Le dernier site que j’ai visité est liveskateboardmedia, ce matin. J’étais en voyage pendant un bon moment alors quand j’ai trouvé un ordinateur j’ai parcouru toute la page pour voir ce qu’il se passe. J’ai regardé le clip de Manolo pour les 20 ans de Chocolate, super bien ! Le dernier magazine est le Kingpin avec l’interview de Kevin Rodrigues.

[highlight]3_[/highlight]Depuis combien de temps est-ce que tu ne vis que du skate ?
Je vis uniquement du skate que depuis 4 mois, parce que j’ai travaillé tout l’hiver. Mais j’en vis à peine aujourd’hui. C’est vraiment compliqué si je ne travaille pas. Donc je pense que je vais de nouveau bosser cet hiver. Mais j’aime bien. Je suis instituteur remplaçant pour des enfants de 6 à 8 ans. On m’appelle le matin et je remplace un professeur absent. Et je fais aussi du soutien scolaire.
[highlight]4_[/highlight]Est-ce que c’est ce que tu voudrais faire après le skate ?
Peut-être… Bien-sur j’ai envie d’être dans l’éducation, mais je ne sais pas encore vraiment.

Maybe it was in the danish magazine called Wunderbaum, or it was a Kingpin thing… Probably a backside flip in the danish magazine first and then right after that a „slept on“ in Kingpin that Henrik Edelbo shot in Denmark. It’s hard to tell, I don’t really remember, it’s a hard one !

The last website I visited is Liveskateboardmedia, this morning. I’ve been traveling for so long and I finally got a computer and scrolled down the page to check all the stuff. I watched Manolo’s clip for the 20 years of Chocolate, so good ! The last mag is the Kingpin issue with Kevin Rodrigues interview in it.
[highlight]3_[/highlight]For how long do you live only off skateboarding ?
I’ve only been living from skateboarding only the last 4 months, because I worked the whole winter. I barely survive now, I’m really struggling if I’m not working. So I think I’m gonna work again this winter. But I like working. I’m a substitute teacher for kids between 6 and 8. They call me in the morning and I substitute another teacher. And I also work in the after school program.
[highlight]4_[/highlight]Do you want to do this after skating ?
Maybe… For sure I want to educate somehow, but I don’t know yet.
